  • 藏書票起源於15世紀中期的德國,歷史比郵票早約三百年,是享譽世界的經典藝術瑰寶。

  • 1966年7月28日,國際藏書票聯盟正式誕生,開啟全球藏書票文化專業化發展新篇章。

  • 20世紀初,藏書票文化傳入中國;1913年,《圖解法文百科辭典》中發現「關祖章藏書」書票,成為中國藏書票文化重要起點。

  • 1984年3月16日,中國藏書票藝委會在北京正式成立。

  • 1987年,中國正式加入國際藏書票聯盟,與世界全面接軌。

  • 2013年3月,知名收藏家馬未都先生公開宣佈,在海外蒐集大量珍貴藏書票,並計劃在國內建設專題館藏,推動文化普及與傳承。

  • Ex-libris originated in Germany in the mid-15th century, about 300 years earlier than stamps, as a world-renowned classic art treasure.

  • On July 28, 1966, the International Federation of Ex-Libris Societies (IFLES) was officially established.

  • In the early 20th century, ex-libris was introduced to China. In 1913, the first Chinese ex-libris "Guan Zuzhang's Collection" was discovered.

  • On March 16, 1984, the Chinese Committee of Ex-Libris Art was founded in Beijing.

  • In 1987, China officially joined IFLES and integrated into the global system.

  • In March 2013, famous collector Ma Weidu announced a large collection of precious ex-libris and planned to build special museums in China.

  • 中國裕固族,資深企業家、國際文化交流使者、社會公益活動家、藏書票世界聯合會創會會長。

  • 現任香港中華教育基金副理事長、北京光彩長城投資有限公司董事長、凱興資本集團創始合伙人、熊貓(環球)集團有限公司董事長。

  • 兼任中國收藏家協會當代藝術委員會副會長、香港嶺南大學訪問學者、香港中國商會副會長、聯合國與國際組織高級研究員等多項社會公職。

  • 先生深耕國際文化交流與公益事業數十年,足跡遍及全球,致力推動藏書票藝術國際化發展,以全球視野搭建東西方文化橋樑,用藝術與愛心連結世界。

  • Mr. Zhong Fuquan is a senior entrepreneur, international cultural exchange envoy, public welfare activist, and Founding President of the World Ex-libris Federation.

  • He currently serves as Vice Chairman of Hong Kong China Education Foundation, Chairman of Beijing Guangcai Great Wall Investment Co., Ltd., Founding Partner of Kaixing Capital Group, Chairman of Panda (Global) Group Co., Ltd.

  • He also holds important positions including Vice President of Contemporary Art Committee of China Collectors Association, Visiting Scholar at Lingnan University, Senior Research Fellow of UN and International Organizations.

  • With decades of dedication to international cultural exchange and public welfare, he has devoted himself to promoting ex-libris art globally and building a bridge between Eastern and Western civilizations.
